I offer a dynamic and integrated trauma healing system that addresses individual, collective, and ancestral trauma. Through working 1:1 you will learn and practice tools to help release old emotions, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your innate inner strength, peace, and wholeness. The therapeutic relationship is a safe container in which to build trust, practice new healthy dynamics, and receive focused attention and care. This is a multidimensional and integrated approach to trauma resolution and personal expansion that focuses on reclaiming wholeness and deepening self love.
My approach works gently yet powerfully on subconscious, somatic, and spiritual levels, as well as building insights and understanding in the cognitive, conscious mind. Sessions are focused on increasing awareness, connecting with inner resources, cultivating self-compassion and self-trust, and finding safety in relationships. We also work specifically with the mind-body connection to address trauma responses at their root through encouraging nervous system regulation. This work will help you to release the hold of the past so you can experience more emotional balance, intuition, creativity, confidence, and connection.

This process is about connecting you to resources inside yourself to help you feel relaxed, safe, and strong. Together we explore your present day issues, and allow for healthy expression of emotion and energy. We will explore the origins of any negative emotions, beliefs, and behaviors and then rewrite new intentions at these pivotal points. I will teach you concepts and skills that will help you feel confident and safe. Through experiential techniques, you will rewire your brain, regulate your nervous system, and reset your energy to increase your ability to feel whole and hopeful again.
The first time we meet we will get to know eachother and I will learn what your goals are. Each client has unique needs and intentions, and together we will explore in a way that feels supportive, safe, and inspiring to you. While each session is specific to each individual and day, a typical session begins with some discussion about what’s been going on in your life, then I will guide you into different practices that include hypnosis, meditation, breathwork, coaching, and body awareness exercises. The work also incorporates energy healing, spiritual connection, and tapping into both of our intuitions.
This combination of modalities is effective and efficient. It is also deep work that requires gentleness and patience, as well as commitment and presence. While shifts are noticed immediately and rapidly, it takes repetition and reinforcement to be sustainable. I am committed to supporting your post-traumatic growth, and your commitment to this process is also essential. A person gets out of this work what they are willing to put into it.
