CANCELLATION & HOLD YOUR PLACE
POLICY
In-person events and live courses:
If you cancel your enrollment before 14 days of the start of the program, we will honor your contribution for another date or program. If it is less than that, your spot cannot be filled and the contribution goes towards unused resources.
1:1 work (in-person or virtual):
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of session time, otherwise the full cost of the session goes to unused resources. There is a 15 minute grace period at the beginning of the session before it is considered a no-show.
Session packages must be used within 6 months of commitment date.
Retreats:
If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat date, we will honor your full contribution (minus deposit) for another retreat or program. For cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of that amount will be honored for another date or event, and 50% will go toward unused resources. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, your spot cannot be filled and the contribution goes towards unused resources.
If weather or other unexpected catastrophe occurs that prevents the entire group from being able to gather, we will honor your contribution for another date or event. If it only prevents a single participant from attending, contribution goes towards the unused resources. In the case of retreats, please consider purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance.
Once you sign up for any event or program, it is an act of commitment and devotion to yourself; the container is set and resources are allocated. You will be lovingly held to your commitment. We are excited to work with you!
