LoveJoy Yoga Nidra is a journeying practice rooted in tantric yoga philosophy & practice, clinical hypnotherapy & shamanic wisdom & healing.
Yoga Nidra is an invaluable tool for our total wellbeing in a world that asks so much of us. The premise of Yoga Nidra is that we are already whole, that all of us is welcome, and that as we find liberation from all the patterns that are not our truth, we can tap into incredible spiritual power.
Yoga Nidra's healing potential comes from how this practice guides the release of tension on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, energetic, soul). This meditation and energy healing modality promotes physiological and emotional wellbeing, assists in the unraveling of karma, and opens the door to expanded states of consciousness. It can be used for spiritual development, for therapeutic applications, or to rebalance the sleep cycle and healthy body function. It is an ancient science that has become more relevant and necessary than ever as a tool for the healing of humanity.
LoveJoy Yoga Nidra is a powerful guided practice influenced by the teachings I have received through a decade of yoga, hypnotherapy, and shamanic studies. LoveJoy Yoga Nidra is guided by my ever evolving exploration of the healing potential of altered states of consciousness and a balanced nervous system. This style of Yoga Nidra is a systematic journeying practice that explores and clears different levels of consciousness, while supporting the grounding of spiritual energy into the physical body. This practice activates and maintains healthy functioning on body, mind, energy, and soul levels. The intention of this practice is to support our liberation, empowerment, creativity, unconditional love, and joy of being.
I am grateful to all my teachers who have contributed to the wisdom and healing I am blessed to carry: Alan Finger, Mona Anand, David Hartman, Michael Malone, Shahn McGuire, Susan Estep, Carri Webb, David Warren, and Christopher Long.
