In this 90 minute workshop, you will explore the concept of the inner child and learn why connecting with your inner child is fundamental for growth and healing. This class includes a lecture discussing how we develop feelings of unworthiness and insecurity, and how to release old pain and reclaim self-love and acceptance. The teaching is followed by a deep breathwork and yoga nidra practice to help you release the past and integrate and embody your new wisdom.
